First that kid on top is 23 months old. The one on the bottom looks like he's 4 years old or more. He barely has control over himself. He almost falls. The one on top walks around the pool table...you can see him analyzing the shot. the one on the bottom, doesn't seem to know where he is or what he's doing. shiny balls ooh...
